"When I first started going to Pilates, I was already fairly fit, but I soon discovered that I could still improve a lot! I’ve seen a marked improvement in my core strength and my balance, and it still continues to get better every session I attend. I used to find that standing for prolonged periods of time would cause me pain in my lower back, but this has almost completely stopped since I started Pilates.
As for Jo as an instructor; I can't speak highly enough. From my very first session she has always been friendly and welcoming. She's always happy to spend time with beginners, to make sure they are comfortable doing any new moves. Yet she's also very good at pushing people just outside their comfort zone, to get them continuously improving."
