Virtual Pilates during COVID-19

Strange and scary days indeed, but it is still important (probably more so) to exercise. I’ve taken the decision to move all classes online for your safety until such a time as we can get together again in person Download the xbox360 game.

Follow the steps below.


1) SET-UP


You need a WhatsApp or a Facebook Messenger account and a smart device, such as a smartphone or tablet Let's download the six-sha. Messenger works best for laptops/PC’s while WhatsApp works on phones and portals.
When the class starts, postition your device so you can see me and I can see you so I can correct/help/support you as if I was in the room 

 I will  video call you a few mins before the start time 디아블로2 배틀넷. Should your connection drop DO NOT TRY AND CALL ME – I will call you straight back. Each class will be 50 minutes in length.


2) BOOKING A CLASS


 Download the Bookfit App onto your phone and follow the set-up insructions (smartphones only).

Look for Joanne Powley Pilates under the company search and book onto your chosen classes Sketchup 2016 Hangul.
All classes are ONLY £5 – payable when you book.

3) LEGAL STUFF


To be able to participate you must complete the Waiver form  다운로드. Your video image will be shared with the other participants, It is your responsibility to ensure your enviroment is safe to be shared. 

4) TIMETABLE:

Timetable key:

  • Mixed abilityanyone who has done Pilates before, all levels welcome as the exercises are fully adaptable
  • Beginners Class Lockdown getting you down? Then now is a good time to start Pilates – a gentle introduction to the best exercise in the world!
  • Intermidiate/advanced classbeen doing Pilates for awhile and want to challenge yourself? Like a normal class only no mercy!
  • Grumpy Backs – Is your back having a moan? This class is designed to help you when your back is not happy but still give you a good core workout
  • Swissball Pilatesdo you have a swissball lurking in the cupboard? If so then join us at 6pm on Tuesdays (intermidiate/advanced only)
  • Grumpy Kneesdo your knees restrict your ability to fully workout? Then try the Grumpy Knees class
  • Closed Class these are classes that have moved online for groups already working togther
